    Butter tarts

My wife was making butter tarts today so I managed to get in her way numerous times while I tried to capture the process.
By the way they are fantastic!!! .......can you smell them.

Dave I think it best if you send me a couple, so that I may compare them to you images to see if the WB is correct to your posted images. Only trying to help.

Such a nice series showing the progression from nearly beginning to end. I especially like that you caught the flour in mid-air in the first one.

You are so lucky. If I were to hang around the kitchen with a camera while my wife were making butter tarts, that rolling pin would have been used to threaten me. "Get out of my kitchen" would have been as far as the discussion goes...

Griddi, the filling is a combination of butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup. It's poured into pastry dough cups and cooked in the oven.

Well done series. Now I need to eat several. Well, not need, greed will prevail over sense.

Good process shot...even if I am not a fan of anything sweet.
