I am not sure about the composition; this would be great if we see the leaf blades separately than as a tuft; this is completely masking a major part of the moon, which is not a pleasing thing

It creates an abrupt change in the composition, the mind would normally try to complete the circular shape of the moon, the triangular shape puts a halt to the transformation. Originally Posted by JBW

I was going to go for the same sort of shot, but couldn't find any coconut trees in Glenfarg ... so didn't bother!
