Another nice shot of this location, Tejal. IMO the first image was more "artsy" whereas this one is more documentary. As indicated by others' comments the lens flare and slight motion are matters of taste/opinion. In this case the lens flare can actually add to the sense of the sun beating down and the harsh conditions. And the slight motion blur gives a sense of the intense activity. It's up to you which way you want to capture/display the scene. For me, I like it as is and, no doubt, would like it with motion frozen and no lens flare. It's a fascinating scene either way.

The lens flare is one of those things that divides opinion - here for me it adds something as does the slight movement - it adds to the dust and dynamism of the place. I really think it is a fabulous shot, so is 'take II' but I prefer this one.

Thanks for your comment. Lens flare actually initially I thought of correcting but then I left it as it is with a thought of giving more impact on working condition.
