Even though this capture and Team work - C&C are welcome !! are still images, I see so much movement within these or at least I wish I were there to witness it. Nicely done and really like your latest avatar.

OK but I prefer the previous image of this scene.

This one has a bit of what I assume to be lens flare and a few bricks have subject movement blur.

Nicely captured, Tejal! I like the progression of the line of workers.

Good shot but I am a bit puzzled by the viewpoint. In the kiln I worked in during my college holidays the roof of the kiln was just above the bricks. It was very hot work as the bricks were still warm. Rather than carrying them on our head the bricks were stacked on a specially designed wheelbarrows that fell over until you got the knack of using them.

As you can tell the photograph has revived memoires - even if they are 50years old. Thanks.

Yes, sun light was coming from front. And everything was happening so fast.

Thanks for your comment. Actually it was a quite big kiln. And at this part of the kiln, ready bricks were transferred to the truck standing near by, yes, but everything was done manually.

That was some hard work and dusty environment, if here in the US the company would be sued for the conditions being a health hazard...anyway, that was just my thoughts on the comparison...I like the pp the colour of this. You could have done a two focus shot then merge them together to get a clearer shot all the way.

BTW do these people know you are taking their picture?

Oh yes, i never thought of doing this, as all the process was going on so fast. Yes they were knowing.

Very nice image Tejal You can clone the lens flare . Although it is a nice image, next time you can try a faster shutter speed to freeze the action.

The lens flare is one of those things that divides opinion - here for me it adds something as does the slight movement - it adds to the dust and dynamism of the place. I really think it is a fabulous shot, so is 'take II' but I prefer this one.
