    Endless fascination

Taken last winter at Nathan Phillip's Square in front of the Toronto City Hall.
Another photo target-rich environment filled with people summer and winter.
I spotted a couple sitting beside the skating rink, completely absorbed in each other.
I liked the body language exhibited by both as they sat and talked, and when the moment seemed right, grabbed this shot.

Interesting shot. It is difficult to imagine why people would wear ice skates by the sea...
EDIT: looking closely it is probably not waves in the background but heaps of snow.

    Dem,
    No.
    Your first thought was correct.
They were sitting on the shore of the Arctic Ocean where it gently laps at the foot of our City Hall here in Toronto, just waiting patiently for the water to completely freeze so they could go skating.

    Looks good to me, Robert.

There is a small bright area on her coat, possibly a zip end, which I would clone out because it is slightly distracting.
