    Landscape - C&C are most welcome !!

This picture was taken near by Punakha Dzong at Pho Chu river in Bhutan. Kindly share your suggestion to make it presentable.

For me, you can get rid of those little plants (weeds?) at the bottom of the image...also that darkist blue than blue sky attracts my eyes away from the scene. Can you at least tone that down a little bit? I have seen clouds that blue really in real life but here if you are concentrating on that building in the middle, then the surrounds that attracts the eyes away from it must be tone down a bit...what do you think?

    I like this scene...

    Hi Tejal,

Do you want to make it presentable for printing or just online viewing? It's presentable as shown and looks like it was processed as a pastel, if you are looking for something else then experiment until you see something you like. Exposure wise, there is nothing of difficulty presented within this scene, try to emphasize what/where you want the viewer's eyes to be drawn to, make it interesting enough so that the eyes aren't just drawn to anything in particular and just stop searching further. You have good leading lines in the foreground and an interesting sky, start with those elements and have fun.

I think you can trim away some part from bottom and equally from top to make it more panoramic; as of now it is nice too

Agree with making it more panoramic. I am attracted to the wide sweeping curve of the river. Emphasizing that by cropping significantly on the left--maybe even as far as cropping into the left side of the island, may change the image into something that the eye moves within. This crop might move the building to the left vertical third line, an interesting placement. This image has lots of possibilities and much depends on personal aesthetics. Thanks for sharing the shot!

I agree with the above comment. As always there are many different ways of cropping an image. It is up to the personal discretion of the photographer. Here's an idea on how I like the image...

Hi Tejal, very nice scene I would crop most of the sky and clone the bushes in the FG .

    This would be my crop

I always like panorama crops. The sky here is interesting but the deep blue draws the eye away. The building was a bit too centered for me so I took a bit off the left side and the bushes at the bottom were not interesting enough to be a foreground interest feature.

Good nice edits, guys...more like it without the deep blue skies and the panoramic crop.

What a beautiful world we inhabit! Many great comments to help 'perfect' the scene, and your final image really brings vibrancy to it.

As I wasn't there, obviously I cannot know how the view appeared to the eyes. So dealing only with this image, and although in agreement with some of the comments here, I would expect the conditions to render the scene slightly lighter and with a slightly warmer colour balance. I would also consider the water course on the left to be an integral part of the scene, given the location of the building:

Hi Tejal I like the colors and the crop from the bottom in this edit but I think the sky is a bit too much, I would crop it below the big blue part at the upper right in the sky to put the emphasis more on the mountains and the buildings.
