Here's what I would do - to Version 3 (since I think that's the widest):
a) Crop left side to just exclude the sign
b) Crop right side to exclude the riverside face of the separate wall, but leave in what looks like an alleyway with bollards
c) Clone out the two bright, and one dim, spots of light in the blackness of the top right quadrant
d) Additionally, I might clone out the separate bright reflection on lower edge of image, just to right of centre (it's only there due to a momentary ripple in water anyway)
The crops from left and right are about 10% and 11% (respectively) of the version 3 image width and leaves you with something that is only slightly vertical/portrait orientation. I always set the crop of my images by the scene content, not trying to achieve a particular aspect ratio or even orientation, so that's how I arrive at the above suggestion.
If my description is not clear enough, I guess I could demonstrate.
Hope that helps, Dave
