    Dark Knight. C&C Welcome

Hi, going forward on my photography venture I stopped and clicked another shot. Can you please review it and let me know what exactly is missing for it to make it much better?

I have used 50mm Lensbaby to click it. So blur was added within the camera using the lens.

Please provide your views and suggestion with composition, frame, crops.

    Thank You

PS : Please click on the image for lightbox screen view (Highly recommended)

This one doesn't work for me Raj. I find an out of focus foreground element usually doesn't work and almost half of this image is soft.

    Raj,

The out of focus area on the left guides my eye along the diagonal line formed by the pillars which get clearer and clearer until they reach the focal point, which to me is the silhouette of the man. IMO the out of focus and soft areas help guide my eye and create an ethereal and dreamy atmosphere to the image. This is only my opinion. We all see and experience images differently.

    I really like it.

I like this image. I wish there wasn't that stuff and person? on the ground far right but not a huge deal.

Thanks a lot for your kind review and suggestion. The far object was some trunk... I also wanted a cleaner image, tried to clone but it was a bit complicated to clone that bcz of lack of source pixels.

    Love that you are experimenting!
This one doesn't work for me, but it obviously does for others. I think it doesn't work for me because the blur in the foreground is clearly horizontally directional. This is the type of blur I associate with movement, yet the rest of the image is not about movement.
Bokeh creates a different kind of blur which allows the unsharp parts to be soft but not lineal. I am not bothered by the figures at the far right. I think you have done a wonderful job with tonal range. Keep experimenting! It is the only way to learn!
