The progression from #1 to #3 is pretty amazing...I thought I prefer #2 then the light of #3 looks better... lovely exposure.
Cheers Izzie, I was particularly happy with the last one too.
Really lovely
Lovely colors, if I had to choose I would prefer #3
Thanks for all the positive vibes, what could I have done to make the images better?
The third image is the best one, Rob. The previous one have too much other distraction in the frame.
But IT IS already beautiful...what more can you ask for? There is balance in this shot, it is clear and sharp, lighting angle is really made for it...good composition...I couldn't ask for more...Now go and print it and be happy because if this is mine, I will...do a triptych to showcase your work, the sequence of it will be very pleasant...
Wow Rob that is really nice. Love the contrast.
The third shot has silky smooth bokeh and a lot less glare which to me makes it the best of the three photos that you've shared. I'm pretty positive that the lady bird (love that you called it a bird!!) isn't there any longer but using a small flag to block some of the glare next time may help some of the other shots although, you may not have ended up with that lavish third shot if you were concentrating on the scene with a flag in use. Nicely framed and great colors in all of the photos!
Cheers Brenda, do you not call it a ladybird? must be an English thing........ this was actually a first attempt with using an off camera flash (handheld) with the camera in the other. In hindsight having the flash on a tripod was a better option. I will see how I go next time.
