    Tom that bird does not trust you at all. You may need to change camera brands due to it being so suspicious.

    P.S. Nice shot, you should keep the camera anyway.

    Not sure I understand the need - it's not as if it were a Cannon

    Thanks for the kind words. I usually take the FZ1000 rather than a big rig (Canon) when I take a long walk (4-5 miles) on the hiking trail that goes around Lady Bird Lake in Austin. Lots of wild bird photo opportunities year 'round, though the lake runs right through the heart of downtown.
