    A very nice image, Jordan.

    The one thing that strikes me is the size of his dominant eye (the camera right one), which is noticeably larger than his other eye. About 95% of people are built this way, so this is not at all unusual. This is more noticeable in images that are shot fairly straight on. If you want to reduce this, getting your subject to rotate his or her head so the dominant eye is further back can help hide this a bit.
