Hello Andriy, and welcome to our community. If you want to learn, then you have come to the right place. We are all about learning and sharing, so if you have a question then just ask. The only dumb question is the one that isn't asked. Don't worry about your english. We have members from all over the world, and we all manage just fine.
I visited Kyiv in 1967! I remember it was very green, and a boat ride along the Dnieper.
I guess the avatar isn't you . Andriy is a boy's name?

Rank Amateurs are what keeps the world of photography aligned with the stars as you give us perspectives we often forget. Naivety is refreshing and past the perspective point of view, it allows many of us to share what we've learned along the way that while it is very nicely covered in the Tutorials section, tends to look quite differently when presented as an actual image.
I would strongly suggest if you have a specific question as to lens use, composition, color balance, lens selection, depth of field, etc about an image, ask why - "why did you place the horse there instead of..." or, what made you choose this particular lens? Question everything that causes you to wonder why.
Enjoy, as I am sure you know, we do
Welcome, David, Japan is one of my favorite cultures . I look forward to your images of this beautiful land and its people.
Hello!
My name is Anastasija, I am for Latvia. Currently photography is one of my hobbies. Being a mother and also a happy owner of 2 dogs I adore to take pictures of my child and dogs. I also like landscape, nature and macro photography. As well as I like to take pictures in motion, different sport events, though I need much more practice and professional advice how to make sport event look nice on photos.
I am happy to join this forum!
Hello Everyone!
My name is Randy and I reside in a suburb of Chicago. I am primarily interested in nature photography: plants and animals, big and small. Years ago I had a Canon A1 and shot a lot of close-up and macro images. I'm trained as a biologist, and while in grad school I did some photomicrography and B&W darkroom work as a part of my thesis. After years of photographic "inactivity," I now have a Nikon D7200, and nature photography is still my main interest. My "weakest" area is post-processing of digital images. I just don't enjoy doing it nearly as much as I do being out in nature, observing the life forms all around me, and taking photographs of them!
I've been following this forum for a while, but I feared that I would neither have the time, nor the expertise, to contribute much. Considering the experience, knowledge, and artistic talent of many members, I'm still not sure if I have much to contribute, but I hope that what little I may be able to offer will be of interest or assistance at least to some of the other members.
Hi, I'm Kat and I live in the Scottish Borders. I'm a fan of Sony Alphas (as I can use my Minolta lenses!) and just purchased my second body (I have an a290 and an a450 now)
I studied Photography to A Level years ago and did my own developing (still have my darkroom) and even worked for Boots in a Kodak Processing Lab (as one of those 1 hour photo technicians!)
I enjoy taking portraits and macro photography- recently getting into baby portraits and have 2 weddings coming up which I'm looking forwards to. I try and get shots right in camera first and do limited processing so have joined here so I can learn more digital skills
Greetings, My name is Marilyn and I happened upon this site and I am anxious to view other photographers work as well as seek information and advice in improving my own photography. I take various types of photos from landscapes, birds and occasionally people and street photography. I have only been doing this for the past three or four years and I am still in the learning phase so I need al the help I can get. I live in Newport, Rhode Island. I have been using a Canon SX50 Powershot and also just bought a Canon 70D. I have some photos on Flickr but at this time I don't have the name of the website. When I do I will post it here.
