Helpful Posts: These are the entry shots of Haley. Guess what breed or mixture of breeds she is? We don't know...
We rescued Haley at the same time that we rescued the Chihuahua mom and her litter of puppies. The shelter had her listed as a Shih Tsu but, she certainly is not that breed. Her structure looks like a poodle but, what is left of her coat on her head is definitely not poodle. Given some time to grow out her coat, I think that she will be quite pretty what ever she is. And she is a sweet and loving dog. She is less than two years old. The gray around her muzzle is her natural silver coloring, not the graying of old age...
Haley is a bit overwhelmed right now at the changes in her life but, she seems to be adjusting well. We have a foster mom just waiting to foster her...

Doing some Internet research, we are guessing that Haley is a first-generation Schnoodle (Schnauzer- Poodle) Apparently first generation Schnoodles are likely to have the wavy hair like Haley's coat.

She is really a lovely dog; both in looks and in personality. Her coat looks like silver and black, rather than gray and black...

Richard, I don't know much about dogs but when I showed the picture to my wife her immediate reaction was that the dog looked like she was part Chinese Crested.
