    Berry Sunrise

I got stabbed by those lethal thorns and got a rather muddy knee but getting down low enough meant I could frame the early rising sun right behind the berries.

That's a nice original idea and it works Robin. Astia was a good choice as well. Generally, I tend to forget that there are different film simulation modes available although I have occasionally used Astia to cope with high contrast situations.

    Thanks.
My default colour mode is Provia/STD and have as such included this as my typical LR import procedure but I do fiddle from time to time. If I'm going to work the file hard I'll change to Adobe/STD or Pro Neg STD as these are both very flat and allow maximum user input, this time when I span through them the Astia just gave a slight warmth that suited the shot. Nothing else has been done as I wanted it looking fairly natural.

Sorry about the knee and the mud, but this one is well worth it. I like the composition very much...
