In Lightroom I warmed the WB a bit, decreased highlights, opened up the shadows around the eyes, adjusted the black point, and increased vibrance but decreased saturation. I also slightly adjusted the highlights and shadows of his beard.
Once in Analog Efex I selected black and white 2, turned off dirt&scratches and frames, moved the slider for film type until the highlights and shadows were to my liking.
Back in Lightroom I exported to Photoshop CC , resized, and did output sharpening to taste.
That's it. I know it may seem like a lot to some but it only took about 10-15 minutes.
