Given the lighting conditions, that's a cracking shot and conversion Sergio. Did you need to do much in PP?

In Lightroom I warmed the WB a bit, decreased highlights, opened up the shadows around the eyes, adjusted the black point, and increased vibrance but decreased saturation. I also slightly adjusted the highlights and shadows of his beard.

Once in Analog Efex I selected black and white 2, turned off dirt&scratches and frames, moved the slider for film type until the highlights and shadows were to my liking.

Back in Lightroom I exported to Photoshop CC , resized, and did output sharpening to taste.

That's it. I know it may seem like a lot to some but it only took about 10-15 minutes.

Very nice shot Sergio. I think the close-up in the face, croping at head and beard, would bring more drama to the image, but maybe this was not your intention. Anyway, i really enjoyed this photo. Sorry for my bad english.

Your English is fine, no need to apologize.

I agree that cropping as you suggest would increase the drama but, yes, that was not my intention.
