    Barken Fantasy

    This is an image I made last spring, but just revisited this evening. The original version was even lower contrast than this, but I decided to bring it up a bit. It is still somewhat attenuated, so as to be more impressionistic. I am interested to know what people think.

    Lots of faces in fact. They make the image. In general the abstract colouring worked very well and the different shadows on the bark made the faces more apparent. Excellent capture, Janis...a real work of art on nature side you have captured here..
