Re: Dog walking
Not what I was expecting Melania, but a good title.
If I'd captured this, I think I would have cropped quite a lot off the right hand side (losing the speed limit sign) and some off the left as well, although that still leaves some of the tree poking in to the shot.
In fact, with a bit of forethought, which I'm not sure I would have had, shooting from a lower camera height might have allowed the tarpaulin to have been cropped and the tree branches moved out the top of frame for a much 'cleaner' left hand side - but that's easy for me to say now, in hindsight.
I hope those thoughts are useful next time an opportunity such as this presents itself.
All the best, Dave

Re: Dog walking
I think the speed limit sign is crucial to the image, as it adds a feeling that you really should drive slowly if you ever go this way by car - even with a bike it implies slow riding. Mind that this is continental Europe, and we use km/h, not miles. Ten kilometres per hour is just slightly faster than you can walk.
So it is a street, where a dog should be safe crossing.

Re: Dog walking
Love it, the scene is 'lazy' and the speed sign is just the right prop. That is only my opinion.

Re: Dog walking
I also agree that the speed limit sign adds a nice touch to the image. That's for the reasons already explained and also, from a humorous point of view, because the limit is slow enough that it could also apply to the dog.
The image seems to have a green color cast on my calibrated monitor.
