Re: Gondoli Reprocessed
I like your processing, Richard. It gives the photo a timeless look; or is that woman taking a selfie?

Nice choice for BW. We're planning travel to Venice this spring.

Re: Gondoli Reprocessed
I'm sure we're going to enjoy Venice. We never spend any time in hotel rooms. Just a place to drop our stuff, sleep, and the ole SSS. Photographically I'm sure to be challenged as shooting wide is not my favorite thing.

Dan, the widest focal length I used in Venice was the 17mm of my 17-55mm f/2.8 IS lens.

Well that's as wide as I have too. So there it is.

Re: Gondoli Reprocessed
If you want an exquisite photo opportunity, go during the Venice Carnival. You Won't know where to point your camera. The sadness for me was that when I went, I had just returned to photography via an 8MP point and shoot. I'd love to go again with something more capable and as a more experienced photographer.
