Once every three months the donated money is processed and bundled. Off to the bank I suppose. We were lucky enough to be passing through this area of the temple to be able to grab a few shots of this unique even. Men were counting the bills and the women the coins. The whole operation was being video taped (security I suspect). The bills seem to be small denomination 100 Rupee notes (about $2 in value).

Pretty crazy that you were allowed in an area to just walk right by them. That's a lot of bills.
