    Wind surfing

I know many of you are experiencing snow and cold weather, but yesterday here it was the mid-80s with 30+mph wind. I think this man was using his lunch hour for a little wind surfing. C & C always.

I just wonder about a very slight crop from the bottom and right side to place the man a little closer to the centre?

We only reached 77°F yesterday but the wind lasted a long while that I saw in the news that somewhere in Missouri there was a fire storm. Luckily no one was hurt despite the fire ravaging 1500 acres. I do not think that a firestorm could just be started by high wind condition either.

This guy in your shot looks like he was having a wonderful time. Good timing.

Love the shot. I'd just crop 75 mm off the bottom. That is only my opinion.

Nicely caught action shot Dean. A crop seems to be in favour Dean and I agree. The sail, its shadow and the surfer form such a strong triangle that you could go for an even tighter crop if you wanted to. The expanse of water at the bottom and the LHS don't add much to the comp. and you could afford to lose some of it. Might also be worth lifting the shadows on the figure.. There is detail there.
