Nice portrait, I like the angle you shot this, his look is priceless and you can't tell if he is disturbed at you or smiling.

Thanks John for your comment. He was busy with his mobile phone and was not aware of my presence. But to draw his attention, I just said hi to him and he looked at me n I pressed the button. I showed him the shot and asked if he doesn't like, will delete, but he smiled then.

Nice study Tejal. Also good technique - I mean shooting first and asking afterwards.

Very nice, the fact he was on a phone adds even more fun to the image and I'm glad he liked it.

    Tejal,

I like the composition, color, dof, and his expression is priceless.
Your technique to get the shot was very effective, yet you still had the politeness and respect to ask him if he wanted it deleted.
    Very well done.

Thank you for your comment. . I try to take candid moments and if the person notices me i show them their pic with a smile. And mostly they respond with smile.

I agree with all of the above: angle, color and expression are all great as is the selective focus separating the monk from the B.G....

Good subject, nice technique of getting a shot (you are brave...) and good execution. What else can I say that others hasn't yet? Excellent.
