I am sorry, I did not explain more about the lady, the pic was taken in a showroom of Pisco (it is a liquor from Peru) and the lady was dressed as a cook of the past century. They had a reputation for good cooks was

Tony, Pancha is short for Francisca, or Pancho for Francisco, it was a common name.
