    Rob,
    Well seen and captured.
    I think there is a great deal of background (left, right and above the three women) that adds nothing to the story and should be cropped out to highlight the main subjects.

    Hi Rob,

    I agree it is well seen - the angle of the three sticks makes the shot, along with their concentration to the conversation.

    Personally, I don't see how you could crop without destroying the composition and/or chopping loads of people in half, which would also spoil the shot - I think the framing is good.

    For me the background gives much context to the location.


    In an ideal world, the 'selfie' artist's set wouldn't be there - and possibly waiting until there were a few less people in the background would be better, but only you know how busy it was and whether waiting for a gap was possible - or likely to draw their attention to you and spoil it that way.

    Maybe you could lose a little from the left side and have a different size ratio; but I wouldn't want to crop any tighter on the top or bottom.

    I agree with Dave H here...you will lose a lot of the environment if you crop this. I like it the way it is...no question.
