    Golden Gate Bridge

A continuation of my Golden Gate Photos. If you follow a path on the south end of the bridge down the coast a bit you come to a place called Marshall's Beach - near Helmet Rock. From here you get a different perspective/POV of the bridge

This is a great shot, great detail, light and focus. The shoreline itself is worth a photographic exploration. One question, I notice on the hillside on the right there appears to be a green cast, is that lichen or moss or oxidized copper outcrop? Like Dan said, great POV, I don't believe I've ever seen the GGB from that vantage point before. This is a shot worthy of printing and hanging.

Thank you everyone for your comments. I definitely lucked out with the weather. The green rock on the shoreline is called Serpentinite (http://pubs.usgs.gov/bul/b2188/b2188ch3.pdf)

That is an unusual view. I like it.
