    Hi Dave,

Nice composition, although I see the whole landscape, rather than just the dry stone wall, as the subject.

    Everything works for me.

    Cheers, Dave

I do like the image, Dave

That looks very like Shuttlingsloe on the horizon. Is that right, and if it is, where did you shoot from?

    Thank you Dave.

It is Ingleborough, viewed from the road which leads along Kingsdale to Dent. The buildings just visible to the right of the cows are at White Scar caves and if you took a walk from my view point towards there you'd soon fall down into the western of the Ingleton waterfalls gorges.

Thanks Dave. I'm not very imaginative when it comes to titles!

Nice. I like the way the wall gives a line pointing to the top of the hill. And the cows in this case can't possibly say that the grass is greener on the other side of the fence.

I recognise that silhouette. Good composition. Nice as it stands but I suspect it would also make a really good mono. Nice work.

Thanks. I bet that the cows would still eat the grass over the wall if they could reach-it seems to be a matter of principle with them!

    Re: Drystone wall

It is a nice shot Dave, the composition is a bit "too balanced" for me. I'd crop a bit off the bottom to see how that works?
