Interesting shot. The B/W conversion looks like a WW2 vintage military convoy. Also the sky is much more interesting in the B/W.

Yes the B&W is certainly more dramatic.
Although I suspect a slight crop of the sky and right side may add a bit of extra 'pop' to the colour version.

B&W is by far more dramatic, the colour version has nice colours that is all. That is only my opinion.
