Great image John. I love the three-colour palate, especially the clock and highlights around the top of the tower. The lines also work really well.

I might think about a slightly tighter crop, especially on the left - could you crop so you don't have the edge of the building in shot? It may make the framing even stronger, but you may need to balance it by taking a little off the right.

For me, your second edit (image 3) is great - but what do you think? Does it change the image framing too much from your original concept?

    Simon,

Doesn't change the concept at all, I think the crop eliminates the distracting (or should I say unrecognizable) structure at lower left. While I'm a fan of cloning; I think the crop works just as well. thanks for suggestion.

    Well executed and interesting concept.

The vertical lines with that one diagonal intersecting adds an interesting dynamic.

Very nice John! Simon's suggestion was good and I prefer the first cropped image. The second feels a bit cramped to me while the first allows more a more leisurely wander through the image.

Really nice image John, I think I prefer the first crop as it seems to give the clock tower more height and elegance - but both are powerful images.
