Hi,
You need to re-read and follow exactly the steps in post 2 here:
HELP THREAD: How can I post images here?
When you tried to include the image URL, you seem to have used the "Insert Link" icon (globe) and not the correct one; the "Insert Image" one (square box with dots at corners).
You may also find the first post in this thread useful:
How to Get Effective Feedback for your Posted Images
In the meantime, here is your image
That quite a reasonable shot; exposure not too bad, sharp, good crop/composition.
If I have one criticism, it might be that the 'back end' of any subject is rarely a view that flatters them
I know it is difficult (with bees particularly), but with any shot of a creature (human, animal, insect, etc.), it always helps to show the eyes and face (and have the eyes sharp). Something to aim for next time, eh?
Welcome to the CiC forums from me; Dave
Thanks for advise Sir.

Welcome to CiC. I'm always glad to see another person interested in photographing bugs!
Can you please add your name to your profile? We use real names here.
Bees are hard to photograph--they often move quickly, and they sometimes dip their heads down when eating, which makes it hard to get their faces. A good option is to approach them from the side, with the camera about at their level.
WelcomeI agree with Dave about seeing the front side of the critter

I think his avatar name and original name are same Vishnu Mohan, probably born on 03, November, 19xx![]()
One thing I notice on the back end of this critter is the pollen that is hanging on the body hairs. We wouldn't see that feature if the focus was on the face - in this instance.![]()
Side views will show the hairs and pollen baskets, and you can get the face as well with 3/4 views. Full frontal face views are hard to capture anyway.

Welcome to a great and what I have found to a most warmly friendly, helpful and supportive group.
Yours was a nice capture of what is a most difficult subject.![]()
And on the subject of bees, for the rest of the group visiting this site, quoting from what someone else was clever enough to enunciate, a little verse:-
The bee is such a busy soul,
it has no time for birth control.
That's why there are in times like these,
so many god-damn sons of B's.

Exactly,
I tried to take photo in such a way that pollen grains stick on tail of Bee. Since Bee was continuously flying, i had no chance to focus on eyes and face. However, i will remember this that the focus should be on face and eyes as suggested.
Thanku Sir
MY REAL NAME IS Vishnu Mohan
Thanks
