    Thanks John. I found him stuck in the acorn type nut that had to be pulled off. He survived! For some reason this picture posted very dark. In reality it is much brighter, but to attempt a re-post with the same results would be of no real value. I just wanted to share the moment.

    That is an excellent shot, Ron...It is bright enough for us to see what it was doing (or not) -- and the separation is accurate too. You could have titled your post as "One Big Nut!"

    Great photo Ron. I wonder if it chased an insect in there. I'm not familiar with the species but I'm pretty sure it's a dragon lizard rather than a gecko.

    Hi Greg. You may be right, but here in Florida the locals call them Geckos. They are everywhere. I had a hard time pulling him out without his head remaining, if you know what I mean. He ran off to join his brothers. Thanks for the comments.
