    Under a Cloud

Another one from this evening, I am not sure what this guy was doing. He was standing there for roughly an hour! I was quite concerned at one point, but he eventually went back to his car and drove off.

Nicely composed, image could work with or without the gent but does add a bit of story to the capture.

So far i haven't seen such a realistic image, from you; a powerful image with a story to tell; i was remembering one of my images where someone was sitting alone near a waterfall; well done

PS: I think your caption is not doing justice to the image because cloud is not at all a prominent subject here; something like talking with waves etc. could have been a better option

Not like you at all, Matt, with all these experimenting. I like the story and all that but I think the foreground need to be cropped a little. Good conversion though.

I get the title but I think something like "contemplation" might be better - but no point quibbling about titles. I like the image, and I think the human figure makes all the difference because the eye follows the waterline from the foreground, around the shore and ends up at the person. Leading lines must lead to something.

I was thinking the same Izzie but decided to leave it at the time because the image is split nicely into thirds.

    I'll give it another look

Matt, I agree With Izzie regarding the foreground crop. That is only my opinion.

Same with me; perhaps another of those Tinypic temporary glitches?
