Helpful Posts: The town of Channapatna, in Karnataka, India is well known for making wooden toys that are often brightly coloured and have a glossy finish. The toys have been made here for over 200 years. We visited one of the larger toy shops in town (a big kid like me has a hard time resisting toys).
