    Thanks all for the comments. Not sure what the state of the tide was Jim but looking at the dark area o the hard, it certainly wasn't at Max. I got the impression that the boat had been beached for a purpose. Don't know why.

    I must admit I did not notice that this is a B&W shot. It all works together so well I just saw and see a grey day.

    I like the mono treatment...well, apart from the composition, which in all of your shots are excellent. I think you overdid the structure a little bit because it has no softness in the whole image.
