Her mother was telling her something. It was in their local language, so could not understand there communication.

A beautiful little girl and nicely captured. Great soft lighting you had for shooting people shots. Nicely composed with the child facing into the frame and you did well to get low and thus avoid having the horizontal rails of the fence behind her head. That would have been very distracting.
