There's so much more detail captured that feathers are a secondary concern; however the feathers were nicely exposed and captured, I think it's the eyes and beak that show good detail.
And white feathers are doubly difficult!
So easy to get over exposure and a lot of negative exposure compensation can make everything else over dark with noisy shadows. Where possible, I tend to prefer shooting in slightly overcast lighting for this sort of scene. So I think you have done well here.
Possibly, it would have been nice if the beak wasn't partly in shadow, but I don't find that to be a serious concern.
