Keep Your Eyes on the Road

Perhaps something you don't see everyday and hope you do when driving on this road.

I feel like i could reach out and slap that as we drive bt...which would be a very stupid thing to do. I really like this image even though it makes me feel nervous. 😄

Thanks Alex. True, I think you could slap it. If the road was built today I suspect a feature like that would not be allowed. It looks like a meteor that crashed into a wall.

Looks like a great device to remove the driver's side mirror on a car.

I suspect that as long as you stay on the road, nothing should happen, but miss the curve and you'll have an expensive repair bill coming your way.

Yep, and if you over-correct on this turn you may wind up at the bottom of a cliff perhaps in the river unless you get hung up by a tree on the way down as the road has almost no guardrails. Of course on the nice side it is a beautiful drive.

I find the bigger danger is from a few on coming sight see-ers veering their cars into the middle of the road as they look from side-to-side.

Nicely seen, Sam...If I am a passenger in a car, I would have been terrified.

Road security people should fix a shining danger mark on that flat cut surface

I hope they have removed the original and replaced it with a rubber replica....

It would be most drivers reaction to give it a wide berth regardless of oncoming traffic. Well taken. The brick work intrigues me.
