I am constantly thinking of photographic opportunities

Whenever I am out and about, I am always seeking new photo opportunities. On a recent drive (dog related) I passed this temple (which seems to be still under construction) along the 71 Freeway in the Chino Hills, California area. I couldn't stop to shoot beause the weather was hot and I had a pair of dogs in my vehicle...

I made a date with myself to photograph the temple in the future....

I am photographing an airshow in the nearby city of Chino, CA but, don't think that I will have time to shoot the temple on that trip...

The Wikipedia page could certainly benefit from some better photos Richard.

I noticed that! I would like to offer the temple and wikipedia my pictures when I shoot.

If I were younger, I would invest in a really nice drone helicopter with a good camera (means lots of bucks) to get aerial views of subjects like this...

As I grow older, I am constantly finding new things to photograph. There is a crew classic (I guess sculling is the correct name) taking place in Mission Bay, San Diego, next month. I plan to shoot that too... I have never shot one before and I want to use my 100-400L II lens...

And that, sir, to your great credit, is to be applauded.

The day we stop being curious and wanting to explore and learn and try new things, is the day we should just roll over.

If I'm not mistaken, anyone can edit a Wikipedia page, so you would just have to either link to current page, add something significant to the current entry, or start a new entry. Regarding the photography bug, sometimes a quick capture can suffice, also probably wasn't the best time of day to capture the structure anyway.

That looks full of possibilities Richard. Don't hesitate.
