Lots to like in this image, that blue is just gorgeous. Good composition. The water looks other-worldly, long exposure water is a little out of fashion but I think it works here.

I'd look to selectively dodge around the seahorse rock, you really want this to be the main subject, and bring out the purples and colours in the structure.

For me the vignette is too much; I'd crop the image and use an off-centre radial filter myself. I think it's creating some banding in the water.
