Of these listed, I've tried Photoshop Express, its fun for editing smartphone pics.

Interesting link John. I've not really investigated photo apps but I had a play with both Photoshop Express and Fotor.

I had a bit of fun creating a quick 'false colour' version of a shot I took of the Orion Nebula , a couple of nights back.
