    Excellent John. The sunstar on each dew drop is great. Have you considered flipping the image 180 degrees? I know it wouldn't be technically correct, but I wonder if it would work...

    Simon, no I hadn't thought of flipping it but I tried it. It does work better. The image in each globule should be inverted. However, it feels more comfortable when they are the right way up and perhaps more importantly, it brings the largest of the water globules to the bottom of the frame which compositionally, works better IMHO. Thanks for the thought.

    Thanks for the additional comments Dave, Dave and Ole. Yes, I prefer the version suggested by Simon as well. I don't know why it didn't occur to me.

    Excellent shot -- was this done with a macro lens? with or without extension tube/s?

    Thanks Peter, thanks Izzie. I used a Tokina 100mm macro lens plus a water spray bottle Izzie. No spiders were harmed in the making of the shot.
