WOW! This is a great image Richard I can see some oranges in the eyes. Is it because of increasing saturation or is that the way they are?

That is the way their eyes looked...

The San Diego Zoo Safari Park has a Lemur Trail, which is a trail trough a very large enclosure that visitors can walk with no barriers between the lemurs and the visiting public. The public must sanitize their hands before entering the Lemur Trail and are asked not to touch the animals and to remain standing. Visitors must be over five years old. It is quite an experience to be right next to these creatures.

    Re: Lemur

The Lemurs predate monkeys and apes and are very archaic animals... The Safari Park has a litter of Chetah kittens that I will catch the next time I visit.

I live reasonably close to the Park and have a yearly membership which includes free parking..

Walking is also good for this old body...

BTW: That 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II lens is superlative....

Awesome shots, Richard. Crazy detail in the eyes in the first image. Nicely done. Sounds like a cool experience at the zoo.

Wonderful photos, especially the first one! I see that you used your new lens. Between your use of the lens and the quality of your post-processing, you're making some terrific images.
