    Is that a Macro flash I detect?

    Did you see mine of 'same' species, posted here at the beginning of the month?
    Butterflies - part 2
    I think I only used flash (just the on-camera) in my #7 shot.

    Dave, yes you are correct. I was using the canon MT-24EX Flash on a custom bracket that gives me independent position control of the flash heads. Somehow I did miss your thread on the Julia Longwing. You did a nice job on the series - I like the in-situation/environment shot you captured.

    Very nice shots, John...I like both of them. And thanks for the tips on camera handling for my trip to the Butterfly House.I only have problem at first and it was because my lens fogged up, after that, it was smooth sailing.
