Helpful Posts: This is a view of part of the National Mall. This is how it looks all the way from 12th to 14th Streets (two very long blocks) and it isn't scheduled to be completed until the end of the year. There are lots and lots of things to see and do in the nation's capital, but the hordes of tourists coming to the area this spring and summer are going to be disappointed about this end of the Mall.
All that construction is just to get the grass to grow better.
