Both a gorgeous dog and a gorgeous shot!
I don't think you could get a better shot than this one, excellent job.

Great shot (again) of Cascha! What I really like about this shot is that it works so well, in spite of a busy background. They seem to complement, rather than distract, and that is not what I would have normally expected to see. Another "lesson learned" for me today.

Thanks for the comments my friends. This one took a lot of pp. Goal was to give her an almost HDR look while maintaining the softness of Casha's hair.
Manfred, the original background was really distracting so I toned it down with some reduced clarity, exposure and saturation.
Originally turned the background to B&W but it looked so unnatural.

A photogenic pup to be sure. Nicely processed. I guess I'll be the single critical comment in that the nose snuck outside your DOF. Looks OK in the small version but definitely way soft in the light box. It's a matter of taste but to me a dog's nose is a big part of their personality.

Thanks Dan, focused on the eyes with a 2.8 aperture. Made the nose out of focus a bit. always compromising to get the best shot
