    That is a very, very good question. Is it the reflection of buildings across in the city? I honestly don't know, is the answer I'm afraid.
    Hi Donald,

    I reckon the vertical banding mentioned is generated by the 'diamond' open section of the lattice steelworks of the bridge. If you count the 'stripes', they correspond to the open diamonds and this, along with the long exposure and ripples on the river are, IMHO the most probable culprits ?

    Donald, love the image. I do like the reflections, they balance the picture. I would crop 50mm of the bottom frame. That is my opinion.
