Very colorful captures, I like the dizzying effect on the second to intimate mass surge of crowd.

    Tejal,

Was the blurring effect done in camera or post processed?

Tejal - I like the crowd shots, like your first image, but find that (especially for display on a computer screen) they work better in horizontal / landscape orientation, but that is just personal taste. Other than that, I like the image and it works well for me.

The second image is less to my taste. These shots are hard to pull off and I do find that you need to maintain a level of sharpness in the middle of the image, rather than at the edges in order to pull the viewer's eyes into the frame. I know this is tricky to do and have never managed to come up with one I like. Again, this is just my personal taste / experience /opinion.

I brightened the faces in the crowd by placing NIK Viveza Control Points on a half dozen faces and grouping them. Then I brightened, increased structure and increased a bit of contrast in the faces, leaving the garments pretty well alone...

Many thanks for your valuable feedback. For the 2nd image, I am actually trying to know, what type and upto what level motion blur could work. But..... Yesterday during a cultural show I have taken a motion blur of an Indian classical dancer. I will share those pics too with you all for the critics.
