I think someone accidentally lent on the little cardboard model in the architect's office and that's how we end up with half these 'visionary' buildings.

If I understand correctly; completed in 2012, but still unoccupied in 2016

Good shots Neil, there's something nice about shooting a new building, while it is all 'squeaky clean'.
