Lovely, Izzie, as all have said. What really cracks me up is that she has both eyes closed

    Thanks for posting,

Dear Rudi -- you are very right. This is the time I regretted them and us being too far off the pond with each other. I can't swim the Pacific even if I tried to when I feel my DIL sad and crying and my little GC chattering her heart out. Family is very important...keep them closer than your enemies so to speak.

Thanks Dave and Ole. I have a few more but it will be boring to see the same thing over and over again. It seems to be her favourite thing to do when giggle bug affect her.

Thank you Marie, Matt and William too...'am surely glad you like my image. William that GC of mine has more emotion than the internet's emoticons you can bet on that..

Ron, thank you -- am sure prouder of her in person too. She is overwhelming...

Thanks Kim...not your level of police and dogs shots, but OK...

Thanks David -- she sure is a character...

and thank you very much Peter...nice to see you back...

For me street photography is being able to catch those moments that pass by so quickly we only see them in a timely progression like a movie. This is one of those moments you have caught here so well. Her expression and gesture are priceless. You were quick on the trigger and did a great job, Izzie. Welcome to the world of street photography.

Great shot Izzie - it's one of those images that you are going to cherish forever, I suspect.

In this kind of image, technical perfection be damned! It's all about the emotional impact it has on you and your family.

Sergio the beauty of a child is really worth it to for me. This particular child is just so adorable as we watched her grow up from birth to this age so far. I try to visit her at least once a year -- the rest of the year, each month we skyped one another. My only regret is that they are so far away, but given the situation here in the US, that might change in a year or two. Thank you for commenting.

Thank you Manfred. Glad you passed by to comment.

Richard...That Seekers' song should have been the National Anthem...it is more popular than the actual anthem. Laugh if you want but I have always thought that Waltzing Matilda was the national anthem of Australia.

Kaye -- I have some shots of her that will make her face red when she brings a boy home for the first time. I will correct the processing of this one first before I print it...

Thank you all for passing by and sharing my giggles too. You have all been encouraging and tolerant of my processing. The more I look at this shot, the more I think it needs to be done better -- not the pose, but her face colour.

Thanks Simon...we talked to her and her mother at Skype this afternoon and I got my share of her three-language version of Happy Birthday, Nana song.

Thank you for passing by. I do appreciate your nice encouraging comment.
