    Mariachi

One of the Mexican street singers in Seville. I'm not sure whether "Mariachi" is the proper Mexican Spanish name but I am sure someone will put me right if it's not. C&C welcome.

    Mariachi
According to my wife of Mexican descent, "Mariachi" refers to a style of both singing and dress (esp. el sombrero) and it can indeed be applied to a solo street performer.

For me John, it is a bit too "tone mapped" I'm afraid.

Clearly the light was very harsh and something; HDR software or manual dodging and burning, has been needed to control it, but there are featureless areas and smudgy halos in several places. That said, it has a good total tonal range, I just don't like where they are

    Good composition and subject focus.

Thanks all for your comments. Not everyone cup of tea but I knew that I guess before I posted it. I like it though. It was done as a possible print because my wife wants me to produce one or two prints to fill a space on our staircase wall and I prefer something like this rather than a straight image for that. However, I think that the BG would need to be simplified for that.
