Hi all. The first pic is of a young girl singing on the street as part of our local street entertainment competition here on the Gold Coast, Queensland (Australia). She had a very clear and strong voice and with lots of luck she might get somewhere. Normally, like most people these days I guess, I hesitate to take pics of kids but her mum was there watching and supporting and she was happy for me to take a coupe of shots, particularly as my wife and I had just dropped a donation in her payment tin.
The second shot was taken on a recent trip to the UK, outside the national Gallery. He/she (I am not being disrespectful I just don't know which he/she would prefer) could also belt out a song. But by the physical condition it looked to have been a pretty tough sort of life so far. And I suspect old George looking over his/her shoulder would not have approved.
All thoughts and comments welcome.
