I am just curious -- is it still cold where you are? There is smoke coming from the house and the other structure. I would have love to see some more from the top or cropped it altogether and concentrate your shot on the farmhouse instead, but what do I know? Good one, Benjy...I am glad you are getting around good.

Lovely shot. I would crop the sky as it does nothing for the picture. That is only my opinion.

Lovely image of a beautiful area. However, I agree that a closer crop on the buildings might be beneficial...

It was likely around 6-7 degrees Celsius yesterday Izzie.
Wassat in 'old money'? I dunno, about 'low forties' should cover it.

    Benjy,

I tend to agree with Izzie, it feels a bit tightly cropped at the top of frame.

I can see a conflict on the right hand side, there's not much there in the fields, but, if you crop off the right hand side; losing the two sheep in the foreground harms the image.

The smoke really makes it for me, having lived most of my life in urban environments where smokeless fuels where demanded from when I was a kid (filling the solid fuel boiler and before that, hearths in the house) - suddenly I feel old.
